Reservations and reinforced safety and hygiene rules

We have put in place sanitary safety measures to ensure that you are received and that you have a serene stay.

The measures applied by our team for your safety

For reminder, the estate is located in the heart of nature (forest and hills) on 42 hectares. Therefore the physical distance is totally feasible. 

We put a strong emphasis on everyone's health safety.

Even if we usually put an emphasis on hygiene, we are going to reinforce our protocols with the passage of disinfectant products on all surfaces (beds, tables, chairs, benches, wall, bathroom / shower, toilet). The dishes in the chalets will be put in the dishwasher after each stay. )

The common areas will also be reinforced with disinfectant.

Our team will be protected by visors, masks and a pair of gloves.

Hydroalcoholic gel will be made available to you according to available stocks as well as soap.

Regular controls of the cleanliness and hygiene of common areas such as: sanitary facilities, reception, places of passage, etc...

A spacing of the tables will be set up and the restoration will be done mostly outdoors.
A limit of queues will be put in place.
We will ask you to respect the social distance of 1 meter.

Security measure in the process of being implemented

  1. Sanitary facilities: Every second washbasin can be used to respect the social distance (1 meter) with direction of traffic.
  2. Installation of visors for all persons in contact with our customers
  3. Registration will be done 1 person at a time.
  4. Explanations will be given outside to avoid annoying waiting time.
  5. The volleyball court will be accessible, the ball will be put in a decontamination tank. Several balls are available, however we recommend that you bring your own.
  6. The badminton court will be accessible, the shuttlecock(s) and rackets, accessories will be put in a decontamination tank. Several shuttlecocks and rackets are available, however we recommend that you bring your own.
  7. The petanque courts will be accessible, remember to bring your balls. We can lend them to you, if this is the case they will be put in a decontamination tank after each use.
  8. The swimming pool, we will not be able to disinfect each deckchair after use. We count on your understanding. However, you will have at your disposal a virucide as well as paper to disinfect the deckchair(s) after and before use. A rotation time will be set up to avoid overcrowding in the pool and on the beach. ( 28 people to respect the 4 m2 per person. ) This will allow to respect the physical distance. Thank you for your understanding. 
  9. The disinfection of the chalets and rooms will be further reinforced, the rooms will be ventilated, use of bleach on all the furniture as well as the handles. There will undoubtedly be a waiting time for you to enter the premises, we will suggest you to visit the domain in case of too long a wait. Thank you for your understanding.
  10. The tables for the catering and bar will be one metre apart to respect the physical distance.
  11. The whole team will be equipped with gloves and masks as well as visors for the waiters and reception.
  12. For the evenings, the tables will be spaced 1 meter apart, no waiting line, the space is big enough 😉 There will be two points, the bar with music for a festive atmosphere, and in the common area shows will take place. 
  13. Animations for children over 6 years old, we are waiting for instructions, but we are working on the program, such as workshop brushing ponies and donkeys, initiation to the stick, initiation to pompoms, treasure hunt with the family in the forest. etc ....
  14. Camping pitches for tents or caravans have a surface area of 120 m2.
  15. Hydroalcoholic gel at the restaurant at the entrance and exit. Mandatory mask for all movements in the restaurant. A terrace is at your disposal with the same measures as in the restaurant. 
  16. Hydroalcoholic gel at the bar at the entrance and exit. 
  17. All common areas with a water point will be equipped with soap.  
  18. Installation of special bins for masks, gloves, handkerchiefs.

Update December 15, 2020 - Domain open for bed and breakfast and chalets

The domain is open only for bed and breakfast and chalets.

Until government regulations change, the restaurant and refreshment bar remain closed.

On this occasion, we offer take-away meals. ( breakfast, lunch, dinner )

Can I cancel my reservation? - Updated January 2021

Note: all requests for cancellations and changes to reservations are handled by Customer Service.

Any cancellation made between 1 March and 15 September 2020 is subject to Ordinance No. 2020-315 of 25 March 2020 on the financial conditions for the cancellation of certain tourist travel and holiday contracts in the event of exceptional and unavoidable circumstances or force majeure.
We will offer you a credit note for the full amount you have paid, valid for 18 months from the date of issue. With this credit note you will be able to book a new stay to be carried out by November 14, 2021. Information on the use of the credit note will be specified in the e-mail that accompanies the voucher.

Excluding the above-mentioned period, if you wish to cancel your reservation, the general terms and conditions apply.

 

All modifications or cancellations will be free of charge in case of changes in government rules.

Why doesn't our establishment stay open? - Updated on April 21, 2020

We are following the government's directives to close down "places receiving the public that are not essential to the life of the country" until further notice.

Bed and Breakfast - Breakfast - Half board - Full board - Updated 21 April 2020

If you wish to book a bed and breakfast, we will provide breakfast in your room as well as meals on half or full board basis.

The national federation of the outdoor hotel industry is proposing on 20 April 2020 a deconfinement plan adapted to campsites. 

Phase I - mid-May
Opening of the domain with fewer services

  • No swimming pool
  • Catering limited to take-out
  • No table service
  • No bar
  • Open sanitary facilities with cleaning and disinfection protocols
  • Direction of traffic
  • Limitation of the number of equipments
  • Reception equipped to protect personnel
  • Limited number of customers
  • Favours digital solutions

Phase II - beginning of JUNE
Opening of all campsites as in Phase I with :

  • Operation of open-air or sheltered swimming pools
  • No operation of enclosed pools
  • Restaurant/ Snack bar/ bar: according to national opening level
  • Animations/Games: priority to digital activities
  • No parties with an audience

Phase III - Beginning of JULY
Opening of all services, with sanitary protocol adapted to each campsite location, and awareness messages for the clientele.
